TO BE IN THE NOW.

Your physical action is in alignment with your conscious mind, your intellect and your emotions, so that means you keep your attention on what you are doing, right now.
I you are doing the dishes, concentrate on just that, not letting thoughts wander to what else you may have to do that day, etc.

Do this by beginning to repeat over and over to yourself –I am doing the dishes, I am doing the dishes, I am doing the dishes. Again and again and again.
As you act out doing the dishes you will come to a place of stillness, of peace in the moment, where your emotional body comes into alignment with your mental body and your physical body, and you discover that in that moment you are WHOLE, you are ONE.

This is very important, this idea of the physical, mental and emotional aligning, as what is happening as you learn to align in this way, is the integration of the HIGHER SELF ( the God Self – the Self that is connected to all, the YOU that is WHOLE. The YOU that does not believe in separation, that understands that’s all an illusion. The YOU that has full access to all your abilities, this is the HIGHER SELF.

So as you align your physical, emotional and mental bodies, what is happening is the integration of the HIGHER SELF – the God Self, the YOU that is WHOLE.

As you align you find yourself feeling whole, here in the NOW, in the present. Your HIGHER SELF gains access to your physical form, here in the 3rd and 4th dimension on Earth.
Your HIGHER SELF begins to occupy more frequently this same space that you have been occupying, as your HIGHER SELF integrates, it brings with it more light, more love, more joy, more connection. As you integrate that light and love and joy and connection it becomes reflected back to you in your experience of external reality. You begin to awaken, you begin to feel and understand there is more to this reality than what has come before, there is much more now.

This is what you came here to do. This is what you have been practicing for many lifetimes, this has been the ultimate goal of the experience, to come here in human form, again and again and again. To come here in animal form again and again and again, to learn all aspects of the earthly experience. So that when you got to that lifetime when it became time to align the mental, physical and emotional bodies, and time to integrate the HIGHER SELF - you would be ready, and many people are ready NOW.

Become conscious now of the necessity to align mental, physical and emotional bodies, so you can then access your HIGHER SELF ( the Light Body ) and continue to integrate the HIGHER SELF. What will happen then is the activation of your VIBRATIONAL BODY, which is the sum parts of the emotional, physical and mental bodies in alignment and integrated with your HIGER SELVES.

The VIBRATIONAL BODY then will become the source for manifestation for all of you. When the conscious mind relaxes, it allows the HIGHER SELF access.

You must do only what brings you JOY, the only thing you need to do in life is
FEEL GOOD NOW.

Hello
Thank you for such a beautiful expression of being in the now. I feel drawn to ask you for your thoughts... can you speak of how you dissipate, or handle, the feelings of anger that come up from time to time. For those times when it catches you unawares (pun intended). When I am truly centred and working in my own space this does not happen... yet when I am out and about, being human, conversing with colleagues or customers in my other life, i find myself sometimes responding with anger and it surprises me how quickly it comes up. Any thoughts?

How I handle any anger is to quickly change my thought focus, don't let it escalate, because one thing will lead to another and soon you will be on a roll, and not a good one.

When you understand that your thoughts are what is causing things to manifest in your physical experience here, it is so important to guard those thoughts, and it's very hard to control them, when we are faced with many situations that make you want to critisise or think/say things that will lower your vibration.
It takes alot of hard work really.

But know that I am concious of being a deliberate creator of my experience I do try to control any negative thoughts, I use a delete button - a small scar on my wrist, and as soon as I start up with bad ideas, or thinking of unpleasant things from the past, I push my pretend delete button on my wrist, and say ' Delete , delete' and change what I am thinking about fast.

Because others cannot vibrate in your experience unless you let them, you become aware of the need to be the 'gate keeper' of your thoughts, your concious mind will influence your subconcious mind as the subconcious cannot reason, it thinks what you process is true, so you must guard yourself.

I work in a call centre and we are abused on the phone by the hour, sometimes many times, and it's soul destroying, it crushes the spirit, and I often say to myself, this is too hard, I cannot maintain a happy vibration while working here.

But every situation is neutral until you give it a meaning, I have way too much emotion and have begun to try to control that, and asign no meaning to things.

Negative thoughts will stop the good stuff you have been manifesting from coming to you, once you realise this, it's easier to say, this person or situation is not going to stand in the way of the thing I am currently choosing to create. It is a bit like gym for the brain, the more you practice controlling your thoughts, the better you become, thoughts are creative, thoughts create form, but it is your emotional states that vibrate it into being.

You need to have an awareness constantly of what you allowing into your experience. Develop skills to control what gets in. Always reach for a better feeling, even if that is anger, anger feels better than depression and then you move on up the emotional scale slowly, reaching for a feeling that brings relief, I now turn anger about somone into pity for them, this feels better, then soon , I am back to feeling happy.

If there is something that you desire and it is not coming to you, it always means the same thing. You are not a vibrational match to your own desire, you are not in alignment with it, this is a very powerful prompter for me and reminds me that I will not allow somone elses bad vibration to affect mine.
It is hard to do, but you get better at it, the bad mood can still be within you but just stop and think, 'what am I creating , by thinking like this ' and change your channel.
